Who We Are?
Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED). Anna University is carrying out various programs for kindling the entrepreneurship inspirations of the Engineering College students of Tamil Nadu State. Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) , Anna University has established a dedicated MAKERS LAB under the funding scheme of RUSA 2.0 to support and promote innovations and to translate ideas into prototype or products. The objective of CED Makers lab is to provide support for students and faculties of University Campus, Anna University to convert their startup idea into prototype.

CED was set up with a vision of driving Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Anna University. The objective is to Inspire, foster and nurture Innovation and Entrepreneurship amongst students and staff of Anna University for a Sustainable StartUp Ecosystem.
OUR MISSION

To strengthen teaching and training activities for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

To establish well equipped infrastructure to support prototype development.

To support startups in terms of company registration, incubation, funding and product launch.

To implement startup policies for student and faculty.

To engage in capacity building for development of a sustainable Innovation and Entrepreneurship startup ecosystem at Anna University.
